What is included in this turnkey package:

• Structure & Storage: Premium slimline modular walling system (2.4m H x 2m W). Includes an integrated lockable cabinet counter for secure on-site storage (x1 for Single Pod, x2 for Double-Sided Pod).

• AV & Display: 43" Smart TV with HDMI and USB compatibility (x1 for Single Pod, x2 for Double-Sided Pod).

• Power: All internal cabling hidden neatly within the structure. (Exhibitor must book the main venue power connection separately via the exhibition's official provider).

• Graphics & Branding: High-impact, custom-printed PVC graphics applied directly to the main walling system (x2 graphic faces for Single Pod, x4 graphic faces for Double-Sided Pod). Clean white PVC cladding applied to all remaining unprinted structural returns/rears of our custom wall system. All artwork to be supplied by client per our exact print templates.

• Logistics (Sydney Metro): Full delivery, professional pre-show installation, post-show dismantle, pack-up, and standard venue forklift/handling fees.

NOT INCLUDED / EXCLUSIONS:

• GST (added at checkout).

• Main venue site-power connection fees.

• Furniture (e.g., bar stools).

• Additional graphic design services or late artwork submission/rush-order fees.

• Interstate freight (available upon request for an extra fee).
