What is included in this turnkey package:


  • Structure & Walls: 2.4m high custom modular walling system. Front-entry only layouts feature a premium white scallop-textured internal feature wall with TV. Peninsular (Front Entry Only) Lay-Out includes Custom PVC Printed to External of Walls (Left and Right Side) - Corner (Front Entry Only) will have One side of Custom PVC Print - other will be white PVC Clad.

  • Premium Feature: Enclosed 3m x 3m meeting room with acrylic frontage and integrated door (white PVC internal finish).

  • Flooring: Professional raised flooring with safety edge-ramp profiles. Available in sleek Oak or minimalist White finishes.

  • AV & Lighting: 55" Smart TV (x1 for standard, x2 for Inline/Peninsular/Corner front-entry packages). Wall-mounted custom fabric lightbox and wall-hung LED-lit signage.

  • Power: All internal cabling hidden neatly beneath the raised floor. (Exhibitor must book the main venue power connection separately via the exhibition's official provider).

  • Graphics & Branding: 1x Custom-print backlit fabric for your lightbox, 1x custom PVC print for the LED wall sign, 2x frosted vinyl logos/text applied to the acrylic meeting room panels, and full-bleed fabric graphics to the rear wall (~3m x 2.4m). All artwork to be supplied by client per our exact print templates.

  • Furniture: 3x comfortable chairs and 1x matching coffee table.

  • Logistics (Sydney Metro): Full delivery, professional pre-show installation, post-show dismantle, pack-up, and standard venue forklift/handling fees.


NOT INCLUDED / EXCLUSIONS:

  • GST (added at checkout).

  • Main venue site-power connection fees.

  • Additional furniture hires, graphics, or custom structural alterations + additions.

  • Late artwork submission fees or rush-order manufacturing charges.

  • Interstate freight (available upon request for an extra fee).


This display allows for multiple configurations and flexibility to arrange it to suit your pre-ordered floor space needs. Available in Peninsular, Inline and Corner footprints.
