What is included in this turnkey package:


  • Structure & Walls: Premium modular walling system standing at a standard 2.4m height. Fully optimized for multiple layouts with layout flexibility built right into the price.

  • Premium Feature Room & Storage: Built-in 2m x 1m walk-in Store Room with a secure, lockable door (internal white PVC finish). Includes a premium independent lockable counter for your main reception area.

  • Feature Wall Panelling: One internal side wall is beautifully finished in a premium White Scallop-textured feature panel to add modern, architectural depth to your stand space.

  • Flooring: Professional raised flooring with safety edge-ramp profiles. Available in sleek Oak or minimalist White finishes.

  • Lighting & AV: High-impact illumination features including 1x wall-mounted custom fabric lightbox and 1x wall-hung LED-lit custom printed sign.

  • Power: All internal cabling hidden neatly beneath the raised floor. (Exhibitor must book the main venue power connection separately via the exhibition's official provider).

  • Graphics & Branding: Premium, high-impact seamless custom-printed fabric graphic spanning the entire rear wall (~4m x 2.4m), 1x custom-printed backlit fabric print for your lightbox, 1x custom PVC print for the LED wall sign, and a custom-printed PVC graphic applied directly to the front face of your counter. All artwork to be supplied by client per our exact print templates.

  • Layout Adaptability: Engineered to perfectly match your floor space needs:

    • Front Entry Only Layouts: Includes 1x internal side wall clad in custom-printed PVC graphic, and the opposite internal side wall clad in White Scallop feature panelling. External side walls are finished in clean, standard white PVC.

    • Front and One Side Entry Layouts: The graphic side wall is structurally removed to accommodate open traffic flow. External walls are finished in clean, standard white PVC.

  • Logistics (Sydney Metro): Full delivery, professional pre-show installation, post-show dismantle, pack-up, and standard venue forklift/handling fees.



NOT INCLUDED / EXCLUSIONS:


  • GST (added at checkout).

  • Main venue site-power connection fees.

  • Furniture (e.g., stools or literature racks).

  • Screen/TV hardware (available as an add-on).

  • Additional graphic design services or late artwork submission/rush-order fees.

  • Interstate freight (available upon request for an extra fee).
