What is included in this turnkey package:
Structure & Architecture: Premium 3x3m Corner stand layout featuring high-end Scallop Textured Walling. The architectural backdrop includes two wall-mounted, white plywood shelving units with elegant rounded corners, alongside one dual-sided freestanding display tower positioned at the high-traffic front corner. Both outer wall edges are finished with short return panels engineered for custom brand printing.
Shelving & Display: Designed for maximum retail impact, featuring two wall-mounted rounded display units integrated with premium, lockable Oak slat cabinets at the base. The striking freestanding front unit features two back-to-back lockable Oak slat cabinets forming a robust base, supporting an upper white plywood shelving structure with a built-in custom branding header. Open wall areas are elegantly styled with cascading foliage vines to create an inviting, premium biophilic aesthetic.
Flooring: Professional exhibition flooring tailored to your design preference, available in a clean White or natural Oak timber finish.
Lighting & AV: A premium integrated illumination package featuring atmospheric Warm White LED shadow-lighting behind the wall shelves and internal side-lit LED feature lighting embedded within the freestanding corner tower to make products glow.
Power: All internal wiring and cabling is neatly concealed beneath the flooring for a seamless look. (Main venue mains power connection must be booked separately by the exhibitor via the event's official provider).
Graphics & Branding: High-definition custom graphics applied directly to the short return panels on both wall edges, as well as the front face and header of the freestanding corner tower. Premium clean white cladding is applied to all remaining unprinted structural surfaces. All artwork is to be supplied by the client using our digital print templates.
Footprint Flexibility: Optimised as a 3x3m Corner footprint featuring two open sides and a prominent front-row product showcase, maximizing brand visibility from intersecting aisles.
Logistics (Sydney Metro): Includes complete delivery, professional pre-show installation, post-show dismantle, pack-up, and standard venue forklift/handling fees for a completely hands-off experience.

Main venue site-power connection fees and consumption charges.
Loose furniture (such as meeting tables, chairs, or bar stools).

Interstate freight and transport outside the Sydney Metro area (available upon request).
