What is included in this turnkey package:
Structure & Architecture: Modular walling system standing at a standard 2.4m height. Features an architectural Curved Cantilever Arch in a premium sleek Black finish, extending dramatically over the front reception space.
Storage & Counter: Integrated secure lockable Black storage counter with custom branding space, positioned perfectly beneath the cantilever arch.
Flooring: Professional raised flooring with safety edge-ramp profiles. Available in sleek Oak, minimalist White, or premium Black
finishes.
Lighting & AV: High-impact premium media and illumination package including a massive 65" Smart TV, ambient Neon Flex LED lighting embedded directly into the face of the curved cantilever, 2x overhead architectural downlights built into the arch, and 1x wall-hung LED-lit custom printed sign.
Power: All internal cabling hidden neatly beneath the raised floor. (Exhibitor must book the main venue power connection separately via the exhibition's official provider).
Graphics & Branding: Premium, high-impact seamless custom-printed fabric graphic spanning the entire rear wall (~3m x 2.4m), 1x custom PVC print for the LED wall sign, and a custom-printed PVC graphic applied directly to the front face of your black reception counter. All artwork to be supplied by client per our exact print templates.
Footprint Flexibility: Engineered to adapt to your booked space. Inline footprint configurations automatically include a matching Black PVC-clad return wall as standard. Clean white PVC cladding applied to all remaining unprinted structural surfaces and rears where required.
Logistics (Sydney Metro): Full delivery, professional pre-show installation, post-show dismantle, pack-up, and standard venue forklift/handling fees.
